Līlā - The Play of Being
Līlā - The Play of Being is a free children's programme rooted in play, movement, curiosity and joy. Through simple, but true Yogic exercises, games, laughter and shared exploration, children learn how to inhabit their bodies, control their minds and relate to one another naturally. The programme is designed to support healthy physical and psychological development, emotional intelligence, cognitive sharpness and awareness - without pressure, belief systems, religion or unjust competition. For children who are sensitive, introspective and quietly gifted, Līlā offers a safe but stable foundation to grow in confidence and inner balance in case later in life they may decide to walk the Path
Why is it free?
Because what is essential for a child to blossom as a human entity should not be owned, branded or sold back to us.
Children do not need to be improved, optimized or mold into shape for systems that have forgotten how to care for life.
Līlā will stay well outside of commerce so play can remain play, learning can remain natural and inner development can unfold without expectation, debt or reward. It is offered freely as an act to trust in life itself.
